Phlebotomist

Role: Phlebotomist providing blood specimen collection and patient service in a clinical setting. Responsibilities: perform venipuncture and capillary draws across all ages, process specimens, accurately enter patient data, and handle administrative tasks including billing and specimen logs; deliver excellent customer service and support operational needs. Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent; preferred certification or training from an accredited agency, with 1+ years of phlebotomy experience, especially with pediatric or geriatric patients. Skills: strong communication, customer service, ability to work independently, and pass a color blindness test. High-value: laboratory specimen collection, clinical patient care, experience with diverse age groups, and proficiency in data entry and specimen processing. Work setup: primarily onsite in Parker, CO, with potential travel to additional sites; schedule Monday-Friday, 8 am-5 pm, with flexibility for overtime and performance-based bonuses.
