Phlebotomist

Role: Phlebotomist responsible for blood collection, specimen processing, and delivering high-quality patient service in diagnostic labs. Objectives include accurate specimen collection from all age groups, data entry, and specimen preparation for testing. Responsibilities encompass venipuncture, specimen handling, administrative tasks, and providing excellent customer care, with potential travel to additional sites. Requirements: High school diploma or GED, phlebotomy certification or completion of an accredited training program, or 3+ months of experience; strong communication skills; reliable transportation; flexibility for overtime. Preferred: 1+ year of phlebotomy experience. High-Value: role involves specimen collection for diagnostic testing, supporting healthcare providers, and patient engagement; work settings include Patient Service Centers or client sites; travel may be required. Work setup: primarily on-site, with some travel; schedule Monday-Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.
