Phlebotomist

Role: Phlebotomist responsible for blood collection and specimen processing in a diagnostic testing environment. Objectives: provide accurate specimen collection for various tests, perform moderate complexity testing, and deliver excellent customer service. Responsibilities include venipuncture and capillary draws, specimen preparation, data entry, billing, and administrative duties across multiple sites as needed. Requirements: valid Washington State Phlebotomy License or application in process; strong customer service and communication skills; ability to work independently and flexibly. Preferred: 3+ months phlebotomy experience, bilingual in English and Spanish, and familiarity with CLIA regulations.
