Phlebotomist

Role: Phlebotomist providing blood collection and specimen handling in a clinical setting. Responsibilities: perform venipuncture and capillary draws for all ages, process specimens, manage patient and specimen data, and deliver excellent customer service; handle administrative tasks as needed. Requirements: high school diploma or GED; phlebotomy certification, completed training, or 3+ months experience; ability to pass color blindness test; reliable transportation for site travel. Preferred: 1+ year of phlebotomy experience; flexibility for overtime and travel; strong communication and customer service skills; ability to work independently or in a team.
