Phlebotomist

Role: Phlebotomist responsible for blood collection, specimen processing, and providing customer service at Labcorp's Fayetteville, NC location. Objectives include accurate specimen collection across all age groups, data entry, specimen preparation, and administrative tasks. Responsibilities involve travel to additional sites as needed, specimen processing, and ensuring quality and compliance. Requirements: high school diploma or equivalent, certification or training in phlebotomy, or 6+ months experience; ability to pass color blindness test; strong communication and customer service skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team; flexibility for overtime. Preferred qualifications: 1+ year phlebotomy experience.
