Phlebotomist

Role: Phlebotomist providing blood collection and specimen processing at a client site, supporting diagnostic testing and patient services. Responsibilities: perform venipuncture and capillary draws across all ages; collect various specimens; accurately document patient info; process billing and specimen prep; maintain logs; deliver excellent customer service; handle administrative tasks; and adapt as needed. Requirements: high school diploma or GED; phlebotomy certification or equivalent training; 3+ months experience preferred; ability to pass color blindness test; flexible to overtime; strong communication skills; ability to work independently or in teams; reliable transportation for site travel.
