Phlebotomist

Role: Phlebotomist providing blood collection services at a client site, ensuring accurate specimen collection and patient interaction. Responsibilities: perform venipuncture and capillary draws across all ages, handle specimen processing, data entry, billing, and specimen documentation; deliver exceptional customer service and administrative support. Requirements: high school diploma or GED, certification or completed training in phlebotomy from an accredited agency or 3+ months experience; capable of passing a color blindness test; strong communication and customer service skills; ability to work independently, flexible to work overtime, and reliable transportation for site travel. Preferred qualifications: 1+ year of phlebotomy experience.
