Phlebotomist

Role: Phlebotomist providing blood collection and specimen handling services to support diagnostic testing and health assessments. Responsibilities: perform venipuncture and capillary draws across all age groups, process specimens, accurately enter patient data, and manage specimen logs; deliver superior customer service; handle administrative tasks and travel to additional sites as needed. Requirements: high school diploma or GED; certification or training in phlebotomy from an accredited agency or 3+ months experience; proven customer service skills; ability to work independently; reliable transportation; pass color blindness test. Preferred qualifications include over 1 year of experience. High-Value: specimen collection (blood, drug screens, paternity, alcohol tests), clinical support, patient interaction, flexible work hours, travel. Work setup: onsite at Patient Service Centers or client sites; schedule Monday–Friday 8:00 am–4:30 pm and every other Saturday; potential overtime and travel.
