Phlebotomist

Role: Phlebotomist providing blood collection services across all age groups, supporting diagnostic testing and specimen processing. Responsibilities: perform venipuncture and capillary collections, handle specimen processing, data entry, billing, and specimen documentation; deliver excellent customer service; assist with administrative tasks; travel to additional sites as needed. Requirements: high school diploma or equivalent; at least 3 months of phlebotomy experience; reliable transportation; pass a color blindness test; flexible schedule including evenings and every other weekend. Preferred: phlebotomy certification or completed training from an accredited agency; 6+ months experience, especially in hospital settings; proven customer service skills, strong communication, and ability to work independently. High-Value: direct patient interaction, specimen collection, and processing; customer service focus; training or certification from accredited programs; minimal supervision. WorkSetup: on-site with travel to additional locations; schedule Monday-Friday, 2:00 PM-10:30 PM.
