Phlebotomist

Role: Phlebotomist providing blood collection and specimen processing services at Labcorp's Johnson City PSC. Objectives: perform accurate venipuncture, specimen handling, and deliver excellent customer service. Responsibilities: collect samples (blood, drug screens, paternity, alcohol tests), manage data entry, process billing, and maintain specimen logs. Requirements: high school diploma/GED, certification or ≥3 months experience in phlebotomy; preferred 1+ year experience. Qualifications: ability to pass color blindness test, flexibility for overtime, strong communication, customer service skills, and ability to work independently or in teams. High-Value: specimen collection (venipuncture, capillary), multiple test types, customer service focus, and flexible schedule. Work setup: Monday–Friday, 8 am–5 pm, onsite in Johnson City; travel to additional sites as needed; benefits apply for ≥20 hours/week.
