Phlebotomist

Role: Phlebotomist responsible for specimen collection, patient interaction, and data entry in a diagnostic testing environment. Objectives: Ensure accurate, high-quality blood draws and specimen handling to support testing operations. Responsibilities: perform venipuncture and capillary collections across all ages, process specimens, maintain logs, and deliver excellent customer service; handle administrative tasks and travel to additional sites as needed. Qualifications: high school diploma or equivalent; preferred 1+ years of phlebotomy experience or certification from an accredited agency; strong communication skills, customer service orientation, ability to work independently, and pass a color blindness test.
