Phlebotomist

Role: Phlebotomist providing blood collection and specimen processing at a healthcare facility, with an emphasis on customer service and administrative support. Responsibilities: perform venipuncture and capillary collections across all ages, process specimens, enter patient data accurately, and handle billing tasks; maintain specimen logs and ensure specimen quality; provide excellent patient service; and travel to additional sites as needed. Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent; preferred certification or six months' experience in phlebotomy; ability to pass color blindness test; flexible schedule including overtime; strong communication and customer service skills; capable of working independently or in teams.
