Phlebotomist

Role: Phlebotomist providing blood collection services across diverse patient groups, ensuring specimen integrity and patient care. Responsibilities: perform venipuncture and capillary draws, process specimens, enter data accurately, handle billing, maintain logs, and deliver excellent customer service. Also responsible for administrative tasks and traveling between sites as needed. Requirements: High school diploma or GED, phlebotomy certification or completed training, or 3+ months experience; strong communication skills; reliable transportation; ability to work independently; pass color blindness test. Preferred: 1+ years of experience. High-Value: role involves outpatient specimen collection, patient interaction, and operational support in a clinical diagnostics setting; includes working at multiple sites, flexibility for overtime, and potential participation in performance bonuses. Work Setup: on-site in Fairfax, VA, with travel to additional sites; schedule Monday-Friday 8:00 am–4:30 pm, plus every other Saturday morning.
