Phlebotomist

Role: Phlebotomist providing blood collection services in outpatient lab settings. Responsibilities: perform venipuncture and capillary collections across all ages, process specimens, enter patient data, handle billing and payments, maintain logs, and deliver excellent customer service. Requirements: high school diploma or GED, 1+ year phlebotomy experience or certification from an accredited agency; strong communication skills, ability to work independently or in teams, reliable transportation, flexibility for overtime, pass color blindness test. Preferred: 2+ years outpatient lab experience. Work Setup: primarily onsite in Louisville, KY, with travel to additional sites as needed.
