Phlebotomist

Role: Plasma collection technician responsible for donor venipuncture, pheresis procedures, and plasma collection to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency. Responsibilities: perform SOP-compliant donor set-up, monitoring, and disconnect; evaluate vein performance; educate donors on plasma donation process; monitor for adverse reactions; record incidents and donor data accurately; troubleshoot equipment, perform calibrations, and resolve alarms; support donor flow and sample collection; maintain a clean, safe work environment in compliance with HSE and OSHA policies; may assist with hyper immune programs and cross-train in other areas. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; minimum 12 months healthcare or medical environment experience preferred; for CA centers, state certification as Certified Phlebotomy Technician I or current RN license.
