Role: Phlebotomist providing skilled blood collection and specimen handling at Ascension Mercy Hospital, supporting diagnostic testing and patient care. Responsibilities: perform venipuncture and capillary draws across all ages; collect various specimens (drug screens, paternity, alcohol tests); ensure accurate data entry and specimen processing; maintain logs and provide excellent patient service; handle administrative tasks and potential site travel. Requirements: high school diploma or equivalent; preferred certification or 6+ months experience as a phlebotomist; proven customer service skills; strong communication; ability to work independently; reliable transportation if applicable.
