Role: Plasma donor technician responsible for performing pheresis procedures, donor monitoring, and ensuring product quality and safety. Responsibilities: conduct venipuncture, monitor and evaluate vein performance, manage donor flow, troubleshoot equipment, record data accurately, and maintain a safe, clean work environment. May educate donors on plasma products, responses to donor reactions, and assist with sample collection. Requirements: high school diploma or equivalent; at least 6 months' experience as a phlebotomist or in a healthcare setting; completion of CSL Plasma DST training preferred for internal employees. Physical and mental demands include standing, walking, manual dexterity, and handling hazardous materials; overtime and extended hours may be required.
