Phlebotomist

Role: Phlebotomist responsible for specimen collection and patient service in clinical settings. Primary objectives include performing venipuncture, capillary draws, processing specimens, and ensuring accurate data entry. Responsibilities encompass specimen handling, maintaining logs, providing customer service, and administrative tasks, with some travel to additional sites. Requirements: High school diploma or GED, certification or training in phlebotomy, or 3+ months of experience; proven customer service skills and strong communication. Preferred: 6+ months of phlebotomy experience. HighValue: clinical specimen collection, blood draws for drug screens and tests, patient interaction, data accuracy, and specimen processing. Work setup: Monday–Friday, 7am–4pm, with rotating Saturdays; travel required for additional sites.
