Phlebotomist

Role: Phlebotomist providing blood collection services at a client site in Asheville, NC. Responsibilities: perform venipuncture and capillary draws across all ages, collect specimens for various tests, accurately enter patient data, prepare samples for testing, and ensure proper documentation and customer service. Responsibilities also include administrative tasks and specimen handling. Requirements: high school diploma or GED, Phlebotomy certification or completed training, or 3+ months of experience; ability to pass color blindness test; flexibility for overtime and travel. Preferred qualifications: 1+ year of phlebotomy experience. High-Value: patient specimen collection, data entry, and customer service; certification from an accredited body; work in a clinical setting.
