Phlebotomist

Role: Phlebotomist providing blood collection and specimen processing services in clinical settings. Responsibilities: perform venipuncture and capillary draws across all ages, collect specimens for drug screens and tests, accurately enter patient data, prepare specimens for analysis, and deliver high-quality customer service. Additional duties include specimen processing, data management, administrative tasks, and occasional site travel. Requirements: high school diploma or equivalent, certification or training in phlebotomy, or 3+ months experience; proven customer service skills, strong communication, reliability, and ability to work independently. Preferred: 2+ years of experience. High-Value: clinical specimen collection, patient interaction, working in a healthcare diagnostics environment, flexibility to work at multiple sites, and potential participation in performance-based incentives. WorkSetup: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm, in Knoxville, TN, with travel as needed.
