Phlebotomist

Role: Phlebotomist providing blood collection services at a client site, supporting diagnostic testing and specimen processing. Responsibilities: perform venipuncture and capillary collections across all ages, handle specimen prep, accurately document patient info, and deliver excellent customer service. Also involved in data entry, billing, and administrative tasks. Requirements: high school diploma or GED; certification or 3+ months experience in phlebotomy; pass color blindness test; ability to work independently and flexibly, including overtime and travel as needed. Preferred: 1+ year of phlebotomy experience. High-Value: patient specimen collection, specimen processing, data management, customer service, blood tests (drug screens, paternity, alcohol), and working in a healthcare diagnostics environment. Work setup: onsite Asheville, NC, Mon–Fri, 8:00 am–5:00 pm, with potential for travel; benefits include sign-on bonus and opportunities for growth.
