Phlebotomist

Role: Plasma donor collection technician responsible for performing venipuncture, monitoring pheresis procedures, and ensuring donor safety and product quality. Responsibilities: handle donor setup, monitoring, and disconnect; educate donors on donation process; record incidents and monitor equipment; troubleshoot device issues; collect samples; maintain documentation and environment; ensure compliance with SOPs, FDA, HSE, OSHA policies; and assist with donor reactions. Qualifications: high school diploma or equivalent; 12+ months in healthcare or related field preferred; for CA centers, certified phlebotomy technician or RN licensure required.
