Phlebotomist

Role: Phlebotomist providing blood collection and specimen processing services in clinical settings. Responsibilities: perform venipuncture and capillary draws, collect various specimens, accurately enter patient data, process specimens for testing, and maintain logs; deliver excellent customer service; perform administrative duties; travel to additional sites as needed. Requirements: high school diploma or GED; certification or training in phlebotomy from an accredited agency, or 3+ months experience; strong communication and customer service skills; ability to work independently or with a team; reliable transportation; pass color blindness test. Preferred: over 1 year of phlebotomy experience. Biopharma specifics: work in diagnostic/testing environment supporting healthcare providers and patients, with a focus on specimen collection for diagnostic testing. Work setup: primarily on-site at patient service centers or client offices; travel required. Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm with rotating Saturdays; some flexibility for overtime.
