Phlebotomist

Role: Phlebotomist providing blood collection services in a healthcare or laboratory setting. Responsibilities: perform venipuncture and capillary blood draws across all ages, collect specimens for various tests, ensure accurate data entry and specimen processing, and deliver exceptional customer service. Requirements: high school diploma or GED, phlebotomy certification or relevant training, or 3+ months experience; preferred 6+ months experience. HighValue: specimen collection, patient interaction, data management, working in a clinical or diagnostic environment, with flexibility for overtime. Work setup: onsite in Centreville, VA, Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:30pm, with the need for reliable transportation and ability to pass color blindness test.
