phlebotomist

Role: Phlebotomist supporting diagnostic testing for diverse patient populations. Responsibilities: perform venipuncture and capillary blood draws, collect specimens for various tests including drug screens and alcohol tests, process and prepare samples for analysis, document patient data accurately, and provide excellent customer service. Additional duties include administrative tasks and travel to multiple sites as needed. Requirements: high school diploma or equivalent, preferably with phlebotomy certification or 3+ months experience; able to pass color blindness test; strong communication skills; customer service oriented; able to work independently and flexibly. Work Setup: onsite at Medford, OR; travel required; flexible hours with potential overtime and rotating weekends.
