Phlebotomist

Role: Phlebotomist providing blood collection services in a Patient Service Center, supporting laboratory testing and customer care. Responsibilities: perform venipuncture and capillary draws across all ages, handle specimen processing, data entry, billing, and specimen documentation; deliver exceptional patient service; assist with administrative tasks and site travel. Requirements: high school diploma or equivalent; certification or training in phlebotomy, with 6+ months experience preferred; ability to pass color blindness test; flexibility to work overtime; strong communication and customer service skills; ability to work independently or in teams.
