Phlebootmy Site Coordinator

Role: Phlebotomy Site Coordinator responsible for overseeing patient service center operations, coordinating staff activities, and performing blood collection and specimen processing. Objectives: ensure efficient patient flow, compliance, and high-quality service across multiple sites. Responsibilities: manage staffing, monitor productivity and compliance, handle customer service, perform venipuncture and specimen collection, and coordinate specimen processing. Requirements: high school diploma or GED, 1+ year of phlebotomy experience or certification from an accredited agency. Preferred: 3+ years of leadership experience, bilingual in English and Spanish, and prior supervisory or lead roles. High-Value: focus on diagnostic blood collection, specimen handling, and operational oversight within a clinical laboratory setting; ability to work independently, train staff, and handle administrative duties. WorkSetup: primarily onsite in Staten Island, NY, with potential travel to additional sites; flexible hours, with some overtime expected.
