Phelbotomist

Role: Phlebotomist providing blood collection and specimen processing services at Labcorp's Cincinnati location, supporting diagnostic testing and patient care. Responsibilities: perform venipuncture and capillary draws across all age groups; collect specimens for various tests; ensure accurate data entry, specimen preparation, and documentation; deliver exceptional customer service; handle administrative tasks and travel to additional sites as needed. Requirements: High school diploma or GED; certification or training in phlebotomy or 3+ months experience; proven customer service skills; strong communication; ability to work independently; reliable transportation; pass color blindness test; flexible schedule including overtime. Preferred: 2+ years of phlebotomy experience.
