Entry-level role within the Pharmacy Department responsible for dispensing ingredients for mixing and granulation. Works under close supervision; must know SOPs and cGMP.
Essential Functions:
- Accurately dispense all materials as per batch record.
- Record and maintain production batch records after each batch.
- Review and follow batch records with 100% accuracy.
- Keep the pharmacy room clean, organized, and ready for production.
- Maintain inventory and reconcile materials.
- Ensure cleanliness and check calibration status of all scales and balances.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Other duties as management assigns.
Qualifications:
- Education: High School or GED (General HS Curriculum) — Preferred.
- Experience: Less than one year in pharmaceuticals manufacturing.
Skills (required/preferred):
- Read/write/communicate in English — Intermediate.
- High school level math and mechanical skills — Intermediate.
- Flexible to work extended hours when required — Intermediate.
- Teamwork with understanding of monthly goals — Intermediate.
- Attention to detail and accuracy — Intermediate.
Additional Requirement:
- Successful completion of an OSHA-compliant Respirator Fit Test.
Compensation/Benefits (as stated):
- Hourly base salary: $18.00 to $21.00 per hour.
