General Summary:
Pharmacology Research Scientist (Boston) to support pharmacology efforts to understand pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics, and efficacy of novel cell and gene therapies in disease models.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Design, optimize, and execute preclinical PK and immunoassay/cell assays to support pharmacology research.
- Adapt/create standardized workflows and protocols using scientific judgment and expertise.
- Own daily tasks; research independently and contact subject-matter experts before escalating.
- Prioritize workload based on project impact.
- Collaborate within/cross-functionally from early discovery through preclinical proof-of-concept and candidate selection.
- Author and review bioanalytical reports for regulatory filings.
- Analyze, interpret, and present experimental data to project teams and senior leadership.

Knowledge and Skills:
- Technical proficiency in planning/interpreting experiments and measuring activity of cell/gene therapies in in vitro/in vivo assays (PK/PD, ligand binding, primary cell/tissue culture, immune cell assays, custom multiplex, flow cytometry).
- Ability to operate automated assay systems and analyze complex datasets (e.g., Hamilton, Integra).
- Proficiency with tools such as GraphPad Prism, Spotfire, FlowJo, and lab automation software.
- Strong problem-solving, protocol refinement, and written/verbal communication.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelorโ€™s + 10 years industry experience OR Masterโ€™s + 5 years OR PhD + 3 years.

Pay Range:
- $110,900 - $166,300.
