Role: Senior Pharmacokineticist in the Translational Pharmacokinetics and Pharmacodynamics (TPK/PD) group, responsible for leading PK/PD analyses supporting nonclinical and potential clinical studies. Responsibilities include designing and executing non-compartmental and compartmental analyses using Phoenix WinNonlin, preparing standardized datasets for regulatory submission, supporting CRO study coordination, and developing best practices and SOPs within GxP/GLP frameworks. The role involves mentoring junior staff, producing regulatory-ready tables and figures, and ensuring data integrity and compliance. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree with 5-7 years or Masterβs with 3-5 years of relevant experience, with strong expertise in pharmacokinetics, proficiency in Phoenix WinNonlin, and experience with animal PK/TK studies including protocol design. High-value biopharma specifics include focus on pharmacokinetics, regulatory submissions, GxP/GLP adherence, and working within a pharmaceutical R&D environment. Location: Tarrytown, NY, onsite 4 days/week, with some travel expected.
