Territory Business Representative/Manager (TBR/TBM) – Diabetes/Endocrinology

Responsibilities
- Drive achievement of commercial objectives in the assigned territory; develop and execute quarterly/annual plans to exceed growth targets.
- Use a consultative, specialty sales approach focused on behavior change (not transactional selling).
- Educate healthcare providers on guideline recommendations with clinical evidence; emphasize preventive, risk-mitigating strategies.
- Create and sustain behavior change by enhancing workflows that identify at-risk patients, support continuity of care, and ensure prescribed therapies are received; uncover and resolve objections limiting access to therapy.
- Build comprehensive account relationships beyond practitioners (e.g., physicians, APPs, nurses, pharmacists, diabetes educators, office personnel, healthcare systems).
- Partner with office staff to improve patient access and prescription conversion.
- Identify and address reimbursement, access, and treatment barriers affecting patient outcomes.
- Coordinate multiple customer touchpoints to support long-term growth.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Training, Market Access, and Commercial Operations to drive provider behavior change.
- Share best practices with Regional Business Directors/peers and contribute market intelligence.
- Maintain professionalism/ethics and comply with company policies, regulations, and healthcare laws.
- Seek continuous personal development; embrace coaching/feedback.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience:
- TBR: 2+ years successful sales experience in pharma/biotech/medical device/healthcare/clinical/B2B where sales result from workflow implementation.
- TBM: 5+ years similar sales experience.
- Demonstrated history of exceeding sales objectives via behavior change achieved through accountability, implementation, and stakeholder investment.

Skills
- Strong consultative selling and account management.

- Business planning, territory management, and analytical skills.
- Ability to navigate complex healthcare systems and multi-layered accounts.
- Identify barriers and develop creative solutions.

Working Conditions
- Evening/weekend work as needed; vehicle and airline travel; valid U.S. state driver’s license.
- Work assigned territory five (5) days/week.
