Responsibilities:
- Deliver on corporate objectives specific to the territory.
- With the Regional Business Director (RBD) and internal business partners, develop, evolve, and execute territory and account-level business plans.
- Provide timely recommendations to eliminate/minimize barriers tied to marketplace trends, opportunities/threats, and competitive information.
- Leverage internal expertise to maximize field impact.
- Partner with RBD, Channel/Trade & Market Access teams, and Sales Representatives to develop territory-specific strategies that ensure patient access to Xeris products.
- Manage territory budget and resource allocations to maximize ROI.
- Serve as the internal and external face of Xeris, demonstrating commitment to value and solutions for customers and patients.
- Collaborate with peers, marketing, and training personnel to share information and implement initiatives/strategies.
- Build and maintain relationships and regular communications with physicians and other healthcare providers and relevant stakeholders.
- Professionally and ethically represent Xeris externally and internally, advancing patient care and outcomes.
- Take responsibility for ongoing professional development.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences, Business/Marketing, or related field.
- Sales level based on experience:
- 2+ years in field commercial roles (sales rep, hospital rep, sales trainer, marketing).
- 5+ years in bioscience commercial roles (sales rep, hospital rep, sales training, marketing, regional account manager).
- Valid US state-issued driver’s license.
- Recent bioscience and/or diabetes experience highly desirable.
- Ability to create and execute business plans and adjust to meet goals.
- Proficient with key data and metrics.
- Thrives in ambiguity; adapts quickly and asks questions.

Working Conditions:
- Periodic evening/weekend work as needed.
- Travel varies by territory; minimum 20%.
- Requires vehicle travel.

Compensation & Benefits (if applicable):
- Anticipated base salary range: $85,000–$140,000; includes eligibility for commission and equity; additional benefits (details provided upon conditional offer).
