Pharmaceutical Sciences, Technology & Innovation Lead (Sr. Director)

Role: Senior scientific and strategic leader within Pharmaceutical Sciences (PharmSci) focusing on AI/ML, computational, and in silico approaches for CMC applications. Responsibilities: develop and drive integrated technology and innovation strategies enhancing development speed, robustness, scalability, and lifecycle outcomes; identify high-value AI/ML use cases; serve as an external ambassador for partnerships; translate innovation into practical, compliant solutions; and lead cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders across development, manufacturing, quality, and external partners. Qualifications: Bachelor's (22+ years), Master's (19+ years), or PhD (13+ years) with strong CMC expertise across development to manufacturing; proven experience applying AI/ML, modeling, simulation, and in silico methods to CMC challenges; senior leadership skills in complex, regulated environments; demonstrated ability to build external partnerships and influence internal stakeholders; deep understanding of end-to-end CMC lifecycle, including regulatory and compliance considerations.
