Lilly Dermatology Specialty Territory Manager (Account-based selling)

Responsibilities:
- Account-based selling to dermatology HCPs who prescribe/influence treatment for Lilly’s dermatology portfolio (including dedicated dermatology practices and key hospital accounts: dermatologists, fellows, educators, internal/family medicine residents with dermatology rotations).
- Build relationships to drive adoption of new/existing therapies.
- Identify and develop business relationships with state/local advocacy groups, teaching institutions, key influencers, and managed care organizations; serve as a credible expert/resource.
- Develop understanding of territory and reimbursement landscape using business insights tools.
- Navigate the healthcare environment to understand accounts and impact key stakeholders.
- Actively listen/adapt during customer interactions; demonstrate strong medical integrity and learning agility to understand disease state and product portfolio.
- Promote the full product portfolio via patient-centered dialogue and use the selling model to identify appropriate patients.
- Utilize business analytics to meet sales goals in compliance with internal policies and PhRMA code.
- Collaborate with field and internal peers to create a positive customer experience.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Professional certification/license as required by state.
- Valid US driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
- Authorized to work in the US full-time (no visa sponsorship).

Preferred/Additional:
- 2+ years sales experience (pharma/non-pharma) after undergrad.
- Account-based selling; navigate complex integrated health systems; specialty pharmacy distribution knowledge.
- Experience with injectable/infusion in complex reimbursement; cross-functional partner experience.
- Live within 30 miles of territory boundary.
