Role Summary
Pharmaceutical Sales - Associate Territory Manager - Cardiometabolic Health in Fremont, CA. The Territory Manager is responsible for account-based selling to health care providers across multiple specialties and hospital accounts, promoting the full Lilly portfolio and driving appropriate use of medicines. They will be a credible expert and partner, leveraging Lilly’s selling, competency, and account management models to build relationships and drive utilization for the right patients.
Responsibilities
- Promotes the full portfolio of priority products with multiple HCP specialties.
- Understands the marketplace within the territory; evaluates and tailors the territory strategy to grow and own business outcomes.
- Navigates the ever-changing healthcare environment and payer landscape to increase understanding of accounts and become a trusted partner for key stakeholders.
- Utilizes data, analytics, and business insight tools to identify trends, priorities, opportunities, and potential obstacles.
- Implements and adopts new technologies, including integration of AI company-approved tools to streamline customer interactions.
- Identifies and advocates for new opportunities to enhance the customer experience.
- Models a growth mindset to create positive experiences.
Qualifications
- Required: Bachelor’s degree.
- Required: Professional certification or license required to perform this position if required by a specific state.
- Preferred: Demonstrated business ownership skills, selling/customer experience skills, and execution/results.
- Preferred: Account based selling experience. Ability to identify and engage staff members in accounts.
- Preferred: Strong learning agility, self-motivation, team focused, and emotionally intelligent.
- Preferred: Bilingual skills as aligned with territory and customer needs.
- Preferred: Residence within 30 miles of the territory boundary.
