Territory Manager (Fort Myers, FL)

Responsibilities:
- Account-based selling to HCPs and key hospital accounts; serve as credible expert/resource.
- Drive results using Lilly Selling/Competency/Account Management Models.
- Promote priority products across multiple HCP specialties.
- Understand territory marketplace and payer landscape; tailor territory strategy to grow business outcomes.
- Use business insight tools/data/analytics to identify trends, opportunities, and obstacles.
- Implement/adopt new technologies, including AI-approved tools, to streamline customer interactions.
- Enhance customer experience; model growth mindset.
- Plan and lead patient-centered dialogues; demonstrate learning agility on disease state/label.
- Achieve sales/execution metrics; follow company policies; use Virtual Medical Hub.
- Own customer relationships for product promotion, on-label medical questions, and market access.
- Maintain accountability and build relationships with internal/external partners.

Qualifications:
- Bachelorโ€™s degree.
- Professional certification/license if required by state.
- Valid US driverโ€™s license and acceptable driving record.
- US full-time work authorization (no visa sponsorship).

Additional/Preferred:
- Account-based selling experience; ability to identify/engage account staff.
- Strong learning agility, self-motivation, teamwork, emotional intelligence.
- Bilingual skills as aligned to territory/customer needs.
- Residence within 30 miles of territory boundary.

Compensation/Benefits (if eligible):
- Anticipated base pay: $63,000โ€“$151,800; possible company bonus.
