The Territory Manager will be accountable for account-based selling to health care providers (HCPs) who prescribe and influence treatment for disease states represented in the Lilly portfolio, including multiple HCP specialties and key hospital accounts. They will serve as a credible expert and resource supporting Lilly medicines and appropriate brand patients.

Responsibilities:
- Promote the full portfolio of priority products with multiple HCP specialties.
- Understand the marketplace; evaluate and tailor territory strategy to grow and own business outcomes.
- Navigate the healthcare and payer landscape to impact key stakeholders.
- Use business insight tools, data, and analytics to identify trends, priorities, opportunities, and obstacles.
- Implement new technologies, including integration of AI company-approved tools.
- Identify and advocate for opportunities to enhance customer experience.
- Use Lilly Selling, Competency, and Account Management Models; build consistent ways of working within the Regional Healthcare Market.
- Demonstrate learning agility to understand disease state, marketplace, clinical trials, and product label.
- Achieve targeted sales/execution metrics while following company policies; utilize the Virtual Medical Hub.
- Own customer relationships for product promotion, on-label medical questions, and market access.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelorโ€™s degree.
- State-required professional certification/license (if applicable).
- Valid U.S. driverโ€™s license and acceptable driving record.
- Authorized to work in the U.S. full-time; Lilly will not sponsor visas/work authorization.

Additional Skills/Preferences:
- Account-based selling experience; ability to identify/engage account staff.
- Strong learning agility, self-motivation, teamwork, emotionally intelligent.
- Bilingual skills (as aligned with territory/customer needs).
- Residence within 30 miles of the territory boundary.
