The Territory Manager will be accountable for account-based selling to health care providers (HCPs) who prescribe and influence treatment for disease states represented in the Lilly portfolio, including key hospital accounts. They will act as a credible expert and resource supporting all medicines and appropriate brand patients.
Responsibilities:
- Promote the full portfolio of priority products with multiple HCP specialties.
- Understand the territory marketplace; evaluate and tailor territory strategy to grow and own business outcomes.
- Navigate healthcare and payer landscape to impact key stakeholders and build trusted partnerships.
- Use business insight tools, data, and analytics to identify trends, priorities, opportunities, and obstacles.
- Implement/adopt new technologies, including AI company-approved tools.
- Identify and advocate for opportunities to enhance the customer experience; model a growth mindset.
- Use Lilly selling/competency/account management models to drive results.
- Demonstrate learning agility to understand disease state, marketplace, clinical trials, and product label.
- Promote the BU portfolio through patient-centered dialogues.
- Achieve targeted sales/execution metrics while adhering to company policies.
- Own customer relationships for product promotion, on-label medical questions, and market access.
- Hold accountability for results across accounts; build relationships with internal and external partners.
Qualifications:
- Bachelorโs degree.
- Professional certification or license required if required by a specific state.
- Valid US driverโs license and acceptable driving record.
- Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis (no visa sponsorship).
- Residence within 30 miles of the territory boundary.
