Responsibilities:
- Perform work onsite based on assigned occupancy type.
- Site-essential: require 100% of shifts onsite at assigned facility.
- Site-by-design: may be eligible for hybrid with at least 50% onsite at assigned facility; onsite presence is essential for collaboration, innovation, productivity, and culture.
- Field-based/remote-by-design: physically travel to visit customers/patients/business partners and attend meetings as directed (essential job function).
Compensation/Benefits (as applicable):
- Pay range at commencement: expected $42.04 per hour (may vary by schedule, location, job-related knowledge/skills/experience, and applicable collective bargaining agreement).
