The Director, Brand Portfolio Measurement & Analytics will be a key role within the CMO, helping define the end-to-end measurement strategy and optimization plan for Pfizer for All and key Brand Portfolio initiatives. This leader will report to the Global Lead of Media Measurement & Optimization and be instrumental in leading integrated analytics strategy at the Pfizer Masterbrand level for Biopharma.
This role will oversee omnichannel analytics strategy, as well as product optimization. This leader will bring a deep understanding of the intricacies of full-funnel marketing for major brands with experience in brand building, healthcare analytics, and performance optimization. This person will partner closely with leadership and key stakeholders within the Commercial & Digital business to drive a robust, data-driven, and highly strategic approach that moves Pfizer from a leading ‘pharma’ brand into a leading healthcare and patient-first organization.
The Director, Integrated Analytics Lead is responsible for defining the integrated analytics strategy for the Pfizer brand and will play a lead role in creating an optimization plan for our go-to-market, data, and product approach across key initiatives. This leader will oversee a cross-functional analytics team both internally at Pfizer, as well as partnering closely with agency partners across all functions.
They will continue to evolve & create an audience-centric, insight-driven performance analytics plan across paid, owned, earned, partnerships, product, and business strategy, aligned with the overall product marketing goals. The ideal candidate is a results-driven leader with a focus on bringing agility in real-time optimization & marketing excellence to deliver measurable financial results.
In this role, you will leverage data to drive insights that improve patient experience, effectiveness & efficiency, and strategic decision-making. This role will be responsible for the entire analytics lifecycle, from data collection and integration to analysis, business impact, and optimization recommendations. This role will interface with leadership across the organization and will be the key stakeholder to create actionable insights & tie those to long term business impact.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $156,600.00 to $261,000.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer’s Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 20.0% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
