Key Responsibilities
- Serve as integrated CMO lead for Pfizer branded experiences; conduct intake with product marketers on objectives, budget, audience priorities, and insights.
- Accountable for aligned campaign KPIs, on-budget delivery, and milestone performance updates.
- Lead integrated delivery: organize/drive teams, continuous optimization, A/B testing, strong GEO/SEO performance, and channel best practices.
- Define and execute integrated go-to-market plans (PfizerForAll web/social plus paid/owned/earned/shared channels) for key therapeutic areas.
- Partner with Media team to plan ideal audience journeys and engagement; meet/exceed KPIs/benchmarks.
- Own creative brief and manage agency partnership for delivery.
- Ensure quality delivery within branded ecosystem (e.g., performance targets such as top ads, lift in high-value actions, and improved media efficiency).
- Provide financial stewardship and budget management to maximize ROI; influence investment and positioning.
- Manage cross-functional teams/agency partners for excellence in creative, production, and operations.
- Advance omnichannel strategy, performance marketing, CX design, and data-driven insights; scan external trends for innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelorβs degree required; MBA/Masterβs preferred.
- 8+ years marketing, commercial strategy, or go-to-market leadership in a matrixed organization.
- Ability to manage complex projects in a highly regulated environment.
- Strong financial stewardship; influence senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Proven experience leading breakthrough creative with agencies.
- Fluency in paid/owned/earned/shared and journey-based planning.
- Excellent communication and executive stakeholder management.
- Strong quantitative/data/analytics and KPI optimization skills.
- Deep understanding of global regulatory/compliance for marketing/product launches.
- Proficiency in Microsoft; familiarity with marketing tech platforms.
- Experience with integrated omnichannel strategies; operational excellence/change management (Lean/Six Sigma preferred).
- Track record of agility/adaptability; passion for improving patient outcomes through strategic marketing.

- Compensation/bonus: base salary $176,600β$294,300; Global Performance Plan bonus target 20% of base; eligible for long-term incentive.
