Role Summary

Perrigo Aspire Commercial Internship Program - Sales Training and Development Summer 2026. Participate in a 14-week Sales Internship within Perrigo’s dynamic marketing teams, focusing on training development, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to support the Sales organization and develop your career in self-care consumer products.

Responsibilities

  • Training Development: Create and update training materials, presentations, and other resources.
  • Data Analysis: Collect and analyze feedback to improve training effectiveness and track progress.
  • Collaborative Projects: Work on cross-functional training and development initiatives.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with training coordination, scheduling, and communication.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in a bachelor's or master's program, preferably in industrial psychology, communication, organizational leadership, or learning technology.
  • Strong enthusiasm for adult learning, including analyzing organizational behavior, conducting training and development, overseeing change management, and/or enhancing organizational development.
  • Effective communication and critical thinking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Interest in multimedia tools to assist with training delivery.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage tight timelines, and prioritize tasks.
  • Demonstrate sound judgment, follow-through, diligence, and personal accountability.
  • Ability to take initiative and produce outstanding deliverables.

Additional Requirements

  • Positions available in Grand Rapids and Allegan, Michigan – ability to work at both locations is advantageous.
  • Full-time position, requiring 40 hours per week.
  • Selected interns must be present for the full 14-week duration of the Summer Aspire Program.
