Job Description The People Solutions Specialist plays a key role in delivering a consistent, high-quality employee experience by acting as a central point of contact for HR-related inquiries and transactions. This role supports employees, managers, and the HR community across a broad range of HR processes, ensuring accurate, timely, and empathetic resolution of all requests. As part of the global HR Operating Model, the People Solutions Specialist combines strong process knowledge with a human-centric approach to provide seamless support across the employee lifecycle. The role serves as a subject matter expert in HR processes, systems, and knowledge resources, ensuring compliance, data integrity, and continuous improvement. ACCOUNTABILITIES: Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, job changes, development, and offboarding Act as the primary point of contact for employee and manager inquiries, delivering accurate, timely, and empathetic support across multiple channels Manage and resolve HR cases end-to-end, including assessment, execution of transactions, and escalation where required Execute HR transactions through HR systems (e.g., Workday, ServiceNow) ensuring accuracy, data integrity, and timely completion Ensure compliance with internal policies, labor regulations, and company standards across all HR processes Maintain and govern HR knowledge content, ensuring it is accurate, up to date, and accessible for employees and digital tools Collaborate with HR, Business, and cross-functional teams to support HR processes, projects, and service delivery Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, employee experience, and service quality Provide guidance and support to junior team members as a process and systems expert Maintain accurate documentation, reporting, and employee data within HR systems Support global HR operations, including working across multiple time zones as require REQUIREMENTS: Proven experience in HR, preferably within a shared services environment (HR operations or employee lifecycle management) Experience with HR systems (Workday or other HRIS/HCM; Workday preferred) Experience with case management tools (e.g., ServiceNow) Familiarity with HR technologies and automation solutions Fluency in English and German (written and spoken) Strong understanding of HR processes and service delivery What Takeda Offers Your Wealth Competitive salary Annual bonus Referral bonus Social fund benefits (holiday allowance, Christmas bonus) Employee recognition programs Your Health Private medical care (employee fully sponsored) Eyeglass reimbursement Your Future Group life insurance Employee Capital Plans Access to learning platforms and professional development programs Mentoring opportunities and internal webinars Your Well-Being Subsidized sport card Employee engagement initiatives One additional day off for volunteering Hybrid working and flexible hours Employee assistance program Diversity & Inclusion At Takeda, we are committed to creating an inclusive and diverse workplace where everyone feels welcomed, respected, and valued. Locations Lodz, Poland Base Salary Range: zł82,600.00 - zł113,520.00 The estimated salary range reflects an anticipated range for this position.
