Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement brand P2P; product theatre; and speaker bureau strategies/tactical initiatives supporting Dermatology RINVOQ pipeline HCP commercial objectives.
- Use educational storytelling to pull through RINVOQ brand strategy for pipeline indications.
- Plan, execute, and create educational materials for P2P marketing initiatives; manage work with internal/external agencies and cross-functional partners (Medical Affairs, Regulatory, MABI, Legal, OEC, USCC, Patient Services, Speaker Program Ops, Field Sales, Business Services).
- Propose P2P strategies using business direction, market dynamics, and data.
- Stay current on market trends (atopic dermatology) and develop market-shaping strategies for medical education P2P channels.
- Execute go-to-market plans for new RINVOQ indications; set agency direction; manage projects within timelines and budget.
- Develop and submit comprehensive RINVOQ Derm Annual Operating Plan (AOP) by deadlines.
- Drive sales force execution via training; support Thought Leader Liaisons; manage Derm Speaker Bureau (training, optimization, utilization, KPI tracking, External Expert engagement).
- Manage significant P2P budget and AOP expectations; adhere to P2P compliance rules and regulatory/compliance guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Bachelorβs degree required.
- Marketing experience with proven proficiencies; experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated organizational, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of applicable regulations/standards affecting pharmaceutical products.
