Pediatric Phlebotomist

Role: Pediatric Phlebotomist providing blood collection and specimen processing in a clinical setting. Responsibilities: perform venipuncture and capillary draws across all ages, handle specimen preparation, manage patient data entry, and ensure accurate documentation and billing; deliver excellent customer service; assist with administrative duties and travel to additional sites. Requirements: high school diploma or equivalent; 2+ years' phlebotomy experience preferred, with a background in clinical or hospital environments; certification or accredited training in phlebotomy is required if experience is lacking; strong communication skills, ability to work independently, and flexibility for overtime.
