PDT Process Research & Development

Role: Pharmaceutical Development Technician in Process Research & Development supporting API manufacturing, focusing on GLP/GMP compliance and laboratory operations. Responsibilities: maintain inventory, prepare media/buffers, conduct physical/chemical analyses, operate lab equipment (HPLC, GC, UV, calorimetry, NIR, Raman, KF), and perform process scale-up activities including distillation and crystallization; ensure safety, cleanliness, and regulatory adherence. Requirements: Associate degree in science or equivalent, practical laboratory experience especially in API manufacturing preferred, cGMP knowledge, proficiency in SAP, DeltaV, Microsoft Office, strong attention to detail, and ability to work both independently and collaboratively. High-Value: API production, process development, scale-up activities, GLP/GMP environment, lab instrumentation, safety compliance. Work setup: site-based LVL, $42.04/hr, unionized with USW Local #4-438, shift 7:00am-3:30pm, with safety protocols for handling hazardous agents.
