Role: Order Management Specialist responsible for ensuring order quality, contract compliance, and smooth order lifecycle from entry to cash collection. Responsibilities: oversee order entry, quotation review, pricing validation, contract verification, and manage order backlog; coordinate communication with field teams and stakeholders; handle change orders and optimize sales transfers; resolve accounts receivable issues; ensure delivery and billing compliance; participate in process improvement initiatives including Lean and Six Sigma.
