Lead and implement new processes: Actively contribute to the cross-functional design of the new process replacing PCAP, own its full implementation, and ensure alignment with governance bodies and global affiliates.
Drive continuous improvement: Partner with cross-functional teams to identify optimization opportunities, develop action plans, manage system data quality, track reviews, and participate in ongoing process evaluations.
Ensure effective communication and governance: Schedule and monitor review activities, communicate key decisions and metrics to stakeholders, and escalate issues as needed to maintain transparency and accountability.
Portfolio Optimization Project Management
Drive alignment and execution: Communicate decisions, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure final deletion status is achieved across all systems through the rationalization execution process.
Support strategic decision-making: Collaborate with key stakeholders to discuss rationalization business cases and assist the strategy team in managing forced rationalization processes.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor degree in management, business, marketing or similar
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills: Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication, effective prioritization and planning, and the ability to solve complex challenges efficiently.
Process-driven and technically proficient: Highly process-oriented with strong project management and leadership abilities, advanced computer literacy, and exceptional attention to detail in regulated, procedure-based environments.
