Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a subject matter expert on VIASKIN Peanut Patch health outcomes and economic impact.
- Engage national/regional payers, PBMs, IDNs, employers, and population health KOLs with scientific, clinical, and economic information.
- Communicate epicutaneous immunotherapy value (efficacy, safety, wear-time, real-world relevance) to support coverage/formulary decisions.
- Deliver educational programs, scientific presentations, and value-evidence discussions.
- Build and maintain relationships with medical/pharmacy directors, payer decision-makers, societies, and patient advocacy groups.
- Disseminate health outcomes data, real-world evidence, health economic models, and budget-impact analyses.
- Collaborate cross-functionally (Market Access, Medical Affairs, Value & Access, Commercial, Field Reimbursement) to align evidence strategy and launch messaging; design outcomes-based analytics using internal/external data sources/vendors.
- Train internal teams on outcomes/value evidence.
- Respond to payer inquiries in compliance with regulations and company policy.
- Support investigator-initiated studies and real-world evidence generation.
- Contribute to strategic plans for outcomes research, value communications, and payer engagement; integrate into launch/access/commercialization.
Qualifications:
- Required: PharmD, MD, or PhD in health sciences; Masterβs in pharmacoepidemiology/epidemiology/health economics preferred.
- 8+ years pharma/biotech/healthcare; 5+ years HEOR or payer-facing scientific role supporting U.S. Market Access launches.
- Experience in medical/scientific affairs, outcomes research, clinical practice, academic, or U.S. managed markets.
- Preferred: Allergy/immunology, pediatrics, and/or rare disease; familiarity with food allergy.
- Strong knowledge of HEOR, epidemiology, and health economics; economic modeling, budget-impact analysis, and evidence interpretation.
- Excellent communication/presentation; regulatory and compliance knowledge for payer scientific exchange.
